Yes! We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase.  We will do what it takes to make sure you and your fur babies have a :)

Coupon codes?

We offer discount codes through our email newsletter.  Sign up on the bottom of any page on our web site!  Discount codes, free shipping and any other special discounts are not able to be combined under some offers.  You will see that indicated in the shopping cart checkout. 

But rest assured you can use your code on your next checkout.  Contact us if you have a question about your offers or codes.

Toxic pet toy trade-in

Four times a year we will offer you a credit for the toxic pet toys you want to replace with the Honest Pet Products.  We notify our email newsletter customers of these special offers.

Tracking Shipments

Simply log in to your account (or check your email receipt) to see the tracking information on your order. 

Out of Stock Items

We can instantly notify you of items back in stock when you sign up for out-of-stock email reminders on the page for the product.  This is different than our email newsletter.  This is a one-time email notification when the item is back in stock.  Signing up also helps us know customers want the item so we encourage you to sign up if you are interested.
